Northwest Associates For Women’s Healthcare Video Project Proposal, February 2024

Thanks for choosing T60 Health, the healthcare video specialists!

The following is your video production proposal. Below you’ll find a video message from our Chief Storytelling Officer, our production process and timeline, as well as a link to video examples.

If you have ANY questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch!

The Basics

Customer: Northwest Associates for Women’s Health

Audience: potential patients

Purpose/Goal: make people feel good about the practice and doctors who work there, inspire them to book an appointment.

Estimated Time of Completion: 5-10 business days

Estimated Cost: About Us video $6000 | Provider profiles $2500 each

Additional Notes: on the day of the shoot, we would probably spend most of the day shooting video around the office. We do our best to be non-intrusive. The last thing we want is to disrupt the work day too much.

We would likely need each doctor for 30-40 minutes. During this time period, we would shoot their interview and raw video (b-roll) of them being… you know… doctors.🙂 This can be done before or after the work day begins, if necessary.

Here’s the scoop on our

Full-Service Storytelling Process.

Discovery (1-day)

  • we talk with you in advance about your goals for the video

  • based on that discussion, we brainstorm story ideas that will capture your audience

  • talk about who we might want to interview for your story

Lights, Camera, Action (1-day)

  • visit the site and shoot raw video (b-roll)

  • shoot any interviews we might need

  • do it all in a way that’s non-intrusive and makes everyone feel comfortable

Story Time (2-days)

  • load all the raw video (b-roll) and sound bites into the computer

  • evaluate and transcribe sound bites gathered during the video shoot

  • evaluate b-roll that was shot

  • create a script aimed at meeting the needs discussed during pre-production conversations

  • submit the script to the customer for approval and make any requested changes

  • edit the video based on the approved script

  • add royalty-free music and any necessary graphics

  • submit the edited video to the customer for approval and make any requested changes

  • create final digital file for the client

Making sure you understand the production process, and why it’s a great way to create your video.

Provider profiles at scale in just three steps.

3-Step Storytelling

High-Quality, Low-Cost Option

While full-service storytelling is awesome, we totally understand it might not be the best option for creating provider profiles at scale. Cha-ching! That would be pretty expensive.

So… for health systems, hospitals, clinics, and private practices looking to create multiple provider profiles, we suggest our 3-Step Storytelling process… which costs a lot less!

Step 1 (interview)

  • interview the provider

  • ask just three questions

  • takes just 5-10 minutes

Step-2 (b-roll)

  • shoot raw video (b-roll) of the provider working with colleagues, seeing a patient… stuff like that.

  • takes about 15-30 minutes

Step-3 (editing)

  • edit the interview together into a story (runtime 1-minute or less)

  • add b-roll and a royalty-free music bed

What’s it like working with T60?

“T60 made the entire process very simple. We had a couple of bullets we wanted to cover, but they handled the rest and brought their own perspective. I know we will use T60 again and again.”

We love frequent flyer miles.

We have customers all over the country and enjoy coloring-in states on our map.

FYI… we’d really love to add Hawaii. Just sayin’. 😉
